Dual Director of Sales
to join our team at the Springhill Suites and Hilton Garden Inn located in Little Rock, AR. This person will grow existing accounts for the hotel, and generate new business to ensure that property revenues are meeting or exceeding goals. The Director of Sales will lead all sales efforts and sales related activities at the property.
What You Will Be Doing:Meets and exceeds revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts.Effectively move share from competitors to Midas hotel, achieving desired RevPAR index goals.Actively solicit business via phone, telemarketing, cold calls, warm calls, and site visits.Consult with the General Manager and Corporate Director of Revenue Management on rate/inventory suitability of potential group business and review STAR Reports to ensure hotel is positioned in the market properly.Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction.Execute a territorial marketing strategy to capture the maximum amount of revenue.Prepare status and period end reports.
The Ideal Candidate:At least one year in a Director of Sales position (or similar role) at a hotel.Experience working in a hotel setting is a must.Outside sales calls are required. Personal vehicle is required for travel.
