Professional Development & Legal Recruiting Manager
For the Chicago Office of an International Law FirmThis is a filled position.Responsibilities include:Manage campus recruiting efforts including law school outreach and on-campus interviews, callbacks, and follow-up;Oversee the Chicago office summer program;Collaborate with Senior Lateral Recruiting Manager on Chicago-specific searches and manage the on-boarding and integration of newly hired associates;Manage Professional Development Programs including initiating and developing programming for Chicago associates;Support firm management and operating committees on the associate retention programs and the performance management process;Collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion Committee on Chicago office D&I initiatives.Qualifications include:4+ years of related experience in a professional services environment;Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of personnel;Accuracy and attention to detail;A self-starter who has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the Talent Management team and firm leadership;Ability to provide leadership and support for detailed and complex projects;Integrity - strong professional and ethical standards; must observe confidentiality of personnel and Firm matters.
