General Civil LitigationKey Responsibilities:E-filing, Redlining, and Calendaring:

Manage electronic filing of legal documents, redline documents as needed, and oversee the attorneys' calendars to ensure deadlines are met. Proficiency in docket management is essential.Transcribing Dictation:

Accurately transcribe dictations from attorneys to prepare legal documents and correspondence. Strong command of grammatical rules is required.Legal Administrative Duties:

Handle various administrative tasks with minimal supervision, including document preparation, correspondence, and client communications.Attorney Support:

Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys, assisting with both litigation and business transaction work.Litigation Secretary Qualifications:At least 4 years' experience in a litigation legal secretary or administrative role within a law firm.Proficiency with e-filing systems, document management, and calendaring software.Strong understanding of legal procedures and administrative duties.Ability to accurately transcribe dictation.Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software and tools.
