With groundbreaking technologies like Climate FieldView and our ForGround regenerative agriculture platform, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in ag.In this role, you’ll be actively engaging in discovery work and overseeing the delivery of epic-level features and capabilities for Field Data Acquisition. You’ll define what needs to be built and ensure that the right features are developed. You’ll drive full discovery and evidence-guided framework including solution design and act as Product Owner for a subset of features within the value stream.Travel Expectations:

up to 10%, may include international.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with OEMs and data providers across agriculture, construction, irrigation, and field sensors.Review 3rd party API documentation and identify key data attributes for potential integration into FieldView.Identify key product features required to support hardware and field data acquisition.Ensure successful new product development by thoroughly documenting functional requirements, user stories, and backlog grooming in Jira.Own a subset of features within the value stream and build a product strategy aligned with the Field View mission and vision, the industry’s #1 digital agriculture platform.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and oversee execution of features/products to market that have high impact to the business/customer.Prioritize the features in the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.Work together with Business Owners to communicate the feature development and that the product is successfully brought to market.Lead Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the product strategy, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve the product's performance.Actively address obstacles and issues that arise during the execution phase, making quick decisions to keep the product development on track.Perform and maintain competitive market research related to your area of ownership.Partner with the User Insights Coach and regional CX group to apply user research methods with the purpose of increasing the confidence in the ideas to be developed.Drive accountability for data-driven decision making.Ensure solution design validation globally.Champion for product development excellence. Ensure best-in-class standards for product management and customer co-creation practices.WHO YOU ARERequired qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Product Management, Web Development, Software Development, Agricultural Engineering or similar.8+ years of digital product development or product management experience in agriculture, OEM, IoT, cloud architecture, or telematics.Proven record of successfully launching digital products.Proven record driving product customer validation.Preferred qualifications:Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Product Management, Web Development, Software Development, Agricultural Engineering or similar.Entrepreneurial mindset.Genuine curiosity and high ability to learn.Building value for both business and customers with a win-win attitude.WHAT WE OFFERBase salary estimated range between $130-175k annually, depending on the hiring location.
