Probate Litigation Attorney
for their
San Diego office . This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney to advance their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of trust and probate litigation matters independently.
Draft, review, and file petitions, pleadings, and motions.
Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and trials.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including trustees, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate and trust matters.
Stay informed about California trust and estate law developments.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of trust and probate litigation experience
(Senior-level candidates with a
book of business
are encouraged to apply)
Must be Bar licensed in California, in good standing
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong courtroom presence and client advocacy skills.
Must reside
or
be willing to relocate to
San Diego, California
