Performance Media Coordinator
for a global children’s toy company based in
Los Angeles, CA .
In this exciting 6-month full-time contract role, you will join a dynamic digital marketing team and play a key part in supporting online media planning, creative development, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about media, analytics, creativity, and data insights, with a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid digital marketing campaigns across social, search, video, and display media channels
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align campaign strategies with business goals
Develop a deep understanding of brand strategies to create effective media briefs
Brainstorm with brand teams, agencies, and marketing teams to create innovative media activations
Oversee creative handoff to agencies and media partners to ensure quality execution
Support Media Manager in campaign planning, execution, and optimization
Conduct keyword, ad grouping, and audience targeting research
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
Additional Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and schedule partner meetings
Ensure seamless collaboration across teams to execute holistic media plans
Maintain media documents and data for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in creating media reporting templates and campaign wrap-ups
Help streamline integrated media marketing processes between Brand, E-commerce, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
1-2 years of experience in a digital media role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with social media platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO/SEM (Google Ads, Amazon, Yelp), and programmatic advertising
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with diverse teams
