I would like to set up a time to discuss the potential opportunity below:Role: Media CoordinatorLocation: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)Duration: 6 monthsKey Areas of ResponsibilityPaid Media Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid social, search, video, and display media channels. Their role is an integral part of American Girl’s digital strategy as well as supporting the Media Manager in development, execution and monitoring of Media plans. Key areas include:Campaign ManagementWork cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.Develop working knowledge of brand goals and strategies to deliver effective media briefs to media agency.Brainstorm with brand, agencies, and marketing teams to create innovative media activations.Oversee all aspects of creative handoff to agencies and media partners across campaigns. This includes creative briefs, creative tracker updates, and mock reviews/approvals.Support Media manager with digital media campaign planning, execution, and optimization.Conduct in-depth keyword, ad grouping, and audience targeting research.Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.Competitive & Reporting:Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIsWork with Media Manager and media agencies to measure and analyze overall campaign performance to influence future campaign recommendations.Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.Help generate new marketing tests to drive competitive business landscapes.Other:Build Media vendor relationships and schedule partner meetings to support media team and expand industry knowledge.Collaborate cross functionally between internal Mattel teams to ensure holistic execution of media plans.Maintain outward facing Media Documents & Data which allow both internal stakeholders & external partners access to the latest, most accurate information.Assist in development of media documents such as reporting templates and wrap ups to have a holistic view across all brands.Improve the integrated media marketing processes between Brand, E-commerce, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams.QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.1-2 years in a digital media role required. Must have passion for media, marketing, and data insights.Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointProficiency in social media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO/SEM (Google Ads, Amazon, Yelp, etc.) and programmatic.Excellent verbal and written communications.Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized.A confident independent team player who can prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with multiple partner groups."
