Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and handle both fact witness and expert witness depositions.Report Drafting:

Create initial, interim, pre-trial, and appellate reports to ensure detailed documentation of case progress.Discovery Process:

Draft and respond to discovery motions, managing discovery responses as part of case preparation.Client Representation in Court:

Attend regular court appearances and hearings, working to achieve optimal results for clients.Motion and Brief Writing:

Prepare motions for summary judgments and other critical case documents to support litigation goals.Requirements:California Bar Admission:

Must be an active member of the California State Bar.Legal Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in complex legal scenarios.Research Proficiency:
