Case Management:
Oversee a range of general liability defense cases, including those involving premises liability, personal injury, and property damage.Litigation:
Lead clients through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial proceedings.Client Interaction:
Maintain effective communication with clients, offering strategic legal guidance and updates on case developments.Legal Research and Writing:
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft essential documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.Court Appearances:
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.Settlement Negotiations:
Participate in settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution to secure favorable client outcomes.Collaboration:
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve optimal case management.Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in general liability defense litigation.License:
Active membership with the California State Bar.Legal Knowledge:
Strong understanding of California state and federal court procedures.Communication:
Proficient oral and written communication abilities.Case Management:
Proven track record of handling a high-volume caseload efficiently.Analytical Skills:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
