Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT administrator to provide general IT support in an office in Denver, CO and remote work environment.What you’ll do:Set up and configure laptops (Windows & Mac) for new hires, transfers, and replacements.Setup and support Mobile Devices and applications.Install and update software applications, drivers, and system updates; troubleshoot and resolve issues with performance, connectivity, and security.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, copiers, and other office peripherals.Provide end-user support for hardware and software needs, including mobile devices, security tools, authentication systems, and applications.Assist in the configuration and support of remote work environments, ensuring seamless integration for hybrid work setups.Perform basic troubleshooting on a wide variety of software (including Microsoft Office, Slack, Atlassian, Adobe Suite).Ensure help desk tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner with excellent customer service.Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or applicable relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.What you have - Required Skills:2+ years experience in these key areas:Proficient in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and common productivity software (Slack, Atlassian, Adobe Suite).Familiar with laptop/desktop hardware components, specifications, and repairs.Knowledge of network protocols, VPN, firewall, switches, and wireless access points, etc.Ability to create and run network cabling / install and rackmount servers and networking equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.BONUS POINTS FOR:CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent.BENEFITS:Fully covered Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for employees.Cost share for dependents.401(K) plan with company match.Flexible PTO policy.9 paid holidays.Message Broadcast is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
