LHH has partnered with an established company in the Greater Seattle Area (south) in search of a VP of Operations. This position is part of the Senior Leadership Team and requires prior experience in leading various teams, strategic planning, and owning all operational functions in a manufacturing environment.What You Will Do:Manage all operational and capital resources in Production, Facilities Maintenance, Chemical Maintenance, Procurement, and Safety teams.Lead, train, and communicate effectively with these teams.Partner with senior leadership to ensure business needs are met.Responsible for staff development, training, evaluations, and coaching.Conduct weekly/quarterly meetings with the executive team to share metrics and discuss business goals.Engage in forward-facing customer relations and maintain relationships with company partners and the union.Promote Quality Assurance.Lead special projects.What You Need:BA/BS degree in a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong hands-on leadership skills, with a focus on training and development.Proficiency in data, metrics, and reporting to share with the Senior Leadership Team.A collaborative mindset with a high level of communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.Entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership and seeking growth in their career.Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.Experience using ERP systems.Other:Salary: $140k-$195k.Stock options.Full benefits included.Fully onsite position, M-F.Willingness to travel.Amazing hands-on training.Stable, growing company.Apply today!
