Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Media Director to oversee our Meta and Google advertising campaigns for the Chapter Aesthetic Studios brand. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving performance and brand growth through paid media. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, ensuring they align with our business goals, and reporting on their impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy across Meta and Google that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
Identify key performance metrics and benchmarks for each campaign, ensuring continuous improvement and scaling of successful initiatives.
Plan and execute targeted campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including budget allocation, audience segmentation, creative asset coordination, and bid management.
Analyze real-time campaign performance data and make adjustments to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand messaging and business objectives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, generating insights that inform future strategy and media investments.
Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on Meta and Google platforms.
Identify and implement innovative strategies to stay competitive and reach new audiences effectively.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with at least 3 years focused on Meta and Google advertising.
Proven track record of managing high-budget, complex campaigns with demonstrable results in improving ROI and achieving business goals.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other ad tech tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and deadlines.
