The Associate Manager, Partnerships will support the Sr. Manager, Partnerships with relationship management and integrated storytelling, as well as measuring and evaluating the impact and effectiveness of ambassador, Humans of HOKA, and charity programs.A successful candidate for this role is organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of process, marketing analytics, and relationship management.Your ImpactThe primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:Serving as primary point of contact for day-to-day relationship management with ambassadors.Briefing, tracking, analyzing evergreen, campaign, and monthly ambassador content and Humans of HOKA production.Processing new vendor set ups, managing invoice payment, fulfilling orders for partners, and sharing key updates across internal teams on a weekly and monthly basis for cross-functional integration and visibility.Keeping a pulse on upcoming product launches, seasonal campaigns, and pop culture trends.Who You AreA leader looking to exercise both data-minded and creative skills.A strong written and verbal communicator, problem solver, and relationship manager.Professionally interested in data analytics and personally passionate about movement.We’d love to hear from people withBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.3-5 years of related experience (social media marketing, influencer management, and/or marketing analytics).Experience tracking social media analytics and using them to make informed strategic decisions.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Proficient in Microsoft applications.What We'll Give YouCompetitive Pay and Bonuses:
