The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of installation projects, from coordinating with the installation team to ensuring that the work is completed efficiently and up to the highest standards. The Head of Installations will also be tasked with maintaining project records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial kitchen equipment installation or a comparable industry, strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Applicants for the Head of Installations position at the company must have a proven track record in a similar role, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents. The role demands proficiency in using hand and power tools, experience with computers, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The Head of Installations will be expected to work closely with the sales and project support teams, and to train and mentor installation team members.
