Job Summary
Bowdoin College’s inaugural general counsel will serve as the principal legal officer for the College, with overall responsibility for the vision and leadership of the College’s legal strategy. Reporting to the president, the general counsel will serve as a member of the senior leadership team and provide counsel to the president, senior officers, board of trustees, and other members of the Bowdoin community on all significant matters affecting the College.Bowdoin College is being assisted in this process by Spencer Stuart and welcomes nominations or expressions of interest.
