The CCO will be responsible for ensuring that all credit operations align with the company's risk appetite and will be a key leader in driving innovation and execution in this area. This includes a focus on the performance of credit products, compliance with consumer protection regulations, and the expansion of bespoke credit products. The successful candidate will also be tasked with providing critical leadership for the independent credit function, managing the credit risk management committee, and leading the enterprise risk analytics team. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' credit expertise, with a background that includes non-prime segments and digital channels. The role requires a deep understanding of credit operations across the credit lifecycle, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to influence and effect change across the organization. The CCO will also be expected to have the gravitas to represent management with the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies.
