The successful candidate will be responsible for the review of the organization's loan policy and procedures, as well as the continuous monitoring of the loan portfolio to prevent losses. This role involves ensuring that documentation is in compliance with approvals, regulations, and internal objectives. The Chief Credit Officer will also oversee credit administration functions, work closely with the Special Asset Manager, and be involved in the implementation of credit analysis and quality assurance systems. Additionally, the role includes co-deciding on credit requests, examining files for compliance, and identifying problem loans. Candidates for the Chief Credit Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in bank lending, loan review, and/or compliance. The role requires specific knowledge and skills in reading and interpreting complex documents, making persuasive presentations, and working with mathematical concepts. The Chief Credit Officer will be expected to have the ability to define problems, draw valid conclusions, and have a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
