This position will play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations, providing essential support to our Controller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the company's financial processes, ensuring the accuracy of our financial data, and implementing financial control procedures. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to strategic financial decisions.Responsibilities:1. Assist the Controller in managing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project cost controls.2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior management.3. Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring all financial targets are met.4. Implement and maintain financial control procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.5. Conduct cost analysis, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.6. Collaborate with the project management team to manage project budgets, ensuring all financial targets are met.7. Monitor the company's financial performance, identifying any financial risks and opportunities.8. Coordinate with the external auditors, ensuring all financial reports are accurate and compliant with financial regulations.9. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or MBA is preferred.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.3. Proven experience in budgeting and cost control, cost analysis, and financial regulatory compliance.4. Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.8. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.9. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure the accuracy of financial data.10.
