Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support patients in improving their physical function and mobility following injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering personalized rehabilitation programs to enhance patient recovery and overall well-being.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs through comprehensive assessments.Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patients’ specific goals and medical conditions.Utilize therapeutic techniques such as exercises, manual therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to improve mobility and function.Design customized exercise programs to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, while educating patients on proper techniques.Perform manual therapy, including joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, and manipulation, to relieve pain and enhance mobility.Recommend and assist patients with mobility aids such as crutches, canes, walkers, and orthotic devices.Educate patients on their condition, rehabilitation processes, and injury prevention to support long-term wellness.Implement pain management techniques, including heat/cold therapy and muscle relaxation methods.Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain detailed records of evaluations and treatment.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programActive Physical Therapist licenseStrong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptionEffective communication and patient education skillsPreferred Qualifications
Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulationPrevious experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation settingCertifications
Active Physical Therapist licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
