As the Sr. People Operations Generalist, you'll be the heart of our team, driving the daily operations that keep our company thriving. Responsibilities:HR Administration:
Oversee the integrity and accuracy of employee records, ensuring they are consistently maintained, compliant, and secure. Update and manage employee handbooks and company policies in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.Onboarding:
Lead an efficient, engaging onboarding process that sets new hires up for success, including orientation programs and cultural integration initiatives. Develop metrics to assess and enhance the onboarding experience, aiming for a 90% new hire satisfaction rate.Employee Relations & Support:
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management on policies, benefits, and people-related inquiries, fostering a responsive and supportive HR environment. Resolve employee inquiries within an 8-hour timeframe and implement improvements to reduce recurring issues.Benefits Administration:
Manage benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefit options to employees. Partner with benefits providers to ensure timely processing and maintain a 98% accuracy rate in benefits administration.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Oversee and administer leave of absence programs, including ADA accommodations, FMLA, and LTD, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Data Management & Reporting:
Generate and analyze HR data and metrics to guide strategic People Operations decisions. Provide actionable insights through reporting on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and compliance audits.Process Improvement:
Proactively identify and implement process improvements across People Operations. Drive initiatives that reduce administrative workload and increase efficiency, allowing the team to focus on high-impact strategic goals.Employee Engagement & Development:
Collaborate on employee engagement programs and events that promote a positive culture and align with company values. Track and report on engagement metrics, aiming for higher participation rates and measurable improvements in employee morale and retention.Other Duties:
Support the strategic development and alignment of People Operations team projects and adapt to a variety of tasks, maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment.Results:
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance, contributing to smooth HR operations and efficient auditing.Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, consistently achieving high satisfaction rates and fostering quick integration into the company culture.Resolve employee inquiries within specified timeframes, improving employee satisfaction and minimizing recurring concerns by at least 30%.Achieve a 98% accuracy rate in benefits processing, ensuring employees are well-informed and benefits administration is seamless.Ensure company compliance with all employment laws, minimizing risk and liability.Lead employee engagement activities with successful execution, resulting in increased participation and a positive impact on morale and retention.Enable data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting, supporting People Operations in its strategic goals.Implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, allowing greater focus on strategic projects that support the company's growth.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field. Graduate degrees are a plus.Minimum of
5-7 years
of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to People Operations at a generalist or senior level.Proven experience in coaching, mentorship, or employee relations; ability to guide and influence individuals and teams effectively.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify and act on trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to manage shifting priorities.Proficiency in HR technologies and tools; experience with TeamTailor, Paychex, Asana, and Deel is highly desirable.Demonstrated proactive approach with a drive for continuous learning and process enhancement.Knowledge of employment laws across a variety of states including Nevada, California, and Colorado.Reports to:
