We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our client a leader in the Financial Services arena. In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive-level support, coordinating complex travel arrangements for candidates, scheduling and facilitating intricate interview processes, and overseeing background check procedures. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, providing white-glove service throughout the interview experience, whether in-person or virtual. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure a smooth, seamless, and professional experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support to the executive-level recruiting team, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of key activities, meetings, and interviews. Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership throughout the recruitment process.

Manage complex travel arrangements for candidates, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and ensuring all logistics are aligned with interview schedules. Provide candidates with detailed itineraries and assist with any last-minute changes or adjustments as needed.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, including multi-stage, panel, or technical interviews, ensuring alignment with the availability of candidates, hiring managers, and interview panelists. Manage adjustments and accommodate shifting priorities while maintaining a seamless process.

Provide exceptional service to all candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the interview process. This includes assisting with both in-person and virtual interviews, providing clear instructions, answering any questions, and offering personalized support to ensure their comfort.

Communicate with candidates to collect necessary documentation and follow up to ensure all background screening requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Expertise in coordinating complex travel logistics for candidates, particularly at the executive level.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, senior executives, and hiring managers.

Ability to provide a white-glove candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail throughout all stages of the interview process.

Experience with background check processes and vendor coordination.

High level of proficiency with scheduling tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: 40-42/hour
