Job Description:The Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Specialty Recruiting team.This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements.This person will be the candidate's primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.This role will influence candidate and client experience by:
Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership.Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start dateEnsuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothlyEntering and tracking candidate information in database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary informationComplex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetingsManaging multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverablesBasic Qualifications:
2-3 years of recruiting, administrative or or project management experienceThis position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.PC skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook tools.Strong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's DegreeA proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex projectsExperience working with recruiting teamsExperience engaging and influencing senior executivesA passion for technologyExperience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make tradeoffsLeadership Principle:
