To Apply for this Job Click HerePosition Overview:We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) to support and drive the HR function at a growing location in Fort Worth. This role is instrumental in onboarding, employee relations, and assisting with payroll, as the company expands from 50 employees to a target of 500 at this site.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance with training, certification, and employment regulations.Partner with department managers to facilitate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of qualified candidates.Support background checks and employee eligibility verifications.Implement and manage employee recognition programs.Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and employee relations.Address employment-related inquiries and escalate complex matters appropriately.Assist with disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace investigations.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Assist with payroll processes, including ADP usage, timecard audits, and adhering to Texas payroll laws.Stay updated on HR best practices, regulatory changes, and trends.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience (preferred).PHR or SHRM certification (preferred).Experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP, and time-keeping tools.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.
