IT Support Technician

Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Technician to support one of our Higher Education clients. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for monitoring tickets, looking for computer requests coming in, making sure that those requests make sense technologically. They will also be at times requesting quotes from vendors and processing tickets. They will work along with student technicians to complete hardware repairs. The biggest responsible of the position will be getting all new computers that come into the university imaged and deploying to the staff that will be using them.
