Job Overview: LPL Financial (the nation's leading independent broker-dealer - supporting financial professionals with customized clearing solutions, advisory platforms, and technology) is hiring for a full-time exempt Human Resource Analytics Specialist. This role will report into the HR Process and Initiatives function and will act as a mission control resource to monitor and reports on key talent metrics and engage in discussions with HR and Business leaders on data trends and improvement opportunities. Responsibilities : Transform data into visualizations via PowerPoint (or other data visualization tools) to create compelling data visualizations and craft meaning narratives. Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making within the organization. Understand business strategies and workforce challenges to consult with stakeholders on key metric and best practice learnings. Utilize Workday and other HR systems to extract and analyze data related to workforce trends (turnover, hires, performance) and engagement and lifecycle survey results. Engage in stakeholder meetings to consult on key metric learnings and capture / share details on actions for addressing HR opportunities. Conduct external research on industry best practices (e.g., improving engagement, increasing diversity, reducing attrition). Assist with project support and ad-hoc analysis requests. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience working with employee data 1 years of experience with Excel and Office tools (pivot table, vlookup/xlookup, data validation, etc) Core Competencies: Curious mindset and a desire to learn and understand new concepts, trends, and technologies in the field of Human Resource Analytics. Highly detail-oriented and able to spot errors or inconsistencies in data or reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner. Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Ability to create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint slides that effectively convey the key findings and recommendations of the team's analysis. Conduct external research on industry trends and best practices and stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of Human Resource Analytics. Proficient in Excel and Office tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with confidential HR and proprietary data. Preferences: Knowledge of Workday HRIS LI-hybrid Pay Range: $68,500.00 - $114,100.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
