This job was posted by https://okjobmatch.com : For more information, please see: https://okjobmatch.com/jobs/3213955 Title: Quality Assurance Analyst POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for monitoring several departments with RCB Bank regarding adherence to procedures, business policies and regulatory requirements while helping to develop and maintain strategies for measuring and trending service quality from both an internal and external Customer perspective. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Analyze quality monitoring data and customer service results from various sources by identifying trends and issues and presenting summary reports to senior managers. Assist in performing a quality review on data and images entered into various systems by branch and departmental staff. Assist in performing reviews of various regulations that the Deposit/Retail Operations covers. On a regular basis, will interact with various banking business line staff, auditors and regulators. Participate in projects supporting the overall Deposit Operations/Retail compliance program. Performs periodic reviews to assess level of regulatory compliance. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Banking experience preferred but not limited to a teller or new accounts representative. General clerical experience. Quality Assurance experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Business document review experience preferred. Understanding of banking compliance and regulation experience preferred. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING: High school diploma or GED required. JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. Attention to detail and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms with vendors/partners and staff. Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining focus and productivity. Knowledge of all Bank products, services and procedures. Ability to thrive in a team centric organization. Knowledge of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Cognos Query studio and Outlook. General knowledge of creating and implementing test environments for system upgrades. Proven excellence in tracking projects and reports while maintaining strict deadlines.
