The CFO will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization’s financial strategy and ensuring robust financial planning and reporting practices. Key responsibilities include overseeing treasury, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, supporting cost accounting procedures, conducting thorough WIP reviews, and appraising the organization’s financial health. You will also cultivate relationships with financial institutions, manage risk claims effectively, and spearhead programs aimed at budget efficiency and enhanced productivity.To qualify, we seek individuals with a Bachelor's or MBA in accounting, finance, or a related field, complemented by 5-10 years of senior management experience. Familiarity with construction contract language and experience with Federal contracts are crucial for success in this role. We value individuals with strong leadership capabilities, team management experience, and a commitment to safety.As our CFO, possessing a Certified Public Accountant License and relevant professional certifications, along with extensive financial leadership experience in a related industry, is essential. The ability to analyze problems critically, gather relevant data, and reach sound conclusions is imperative.
