The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and driving operational excellence within our finance and accounting functions. You will manage our investment portfolio, lead financial modeling and forecasting efforts, and coordinate the budgeting process. We are looking for a strategic financial executive with a minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience ideally in a credit union or retail banking environment.In this role, you will not only oversee the financial operations but also innovate and seek out new avenues to enhance our investment strategy. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring we remain a member-focused financial partner that our community can rely on. Strong asset liability management skills and the ability to report on the organization’s overall financial health are essential. As a member of our leadership team, you must be a forward-thinking strategist who aligns with our mission and values.
