Senior Business Analyst

Longbridge Financial LLC - Senior Business Analyst Conduct gap analysis/design to identify strategic objectives for process automation and system development. Lead solution testing, document business process flows, communicate critical requirements/needs to develop strategic plans by following Quality Assurance (QA) testing methods and User Acceptance Plan (UAT). Assess costs/benefits, develop technical solutions to business problems, identify project risks, and create mitigation plans to fully understand project/market demands and impacts to business unit processes. Job in Houston, TX. Allow telecommuting within the Houston Metropolitan Area. Travel/report to Longbridges Houston, TX office at least once per month. Require a Masters degree in Advanced Management, Business Administration or related and two (2) years of experience as business analyst or related in reverse mortgage field. Must possess experience with converting reverse mortgage and subservicing businesses into technical specifications for project deployment/pipeline management; automating project lifecycle utilizing MS Excel Modelling and Visio; updating management process to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Must have PMP Certification and demonstrated excellent communication skills.
