Advanced proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, including board and dashboard creation, customization, and optimization. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Demonstrated success in coaching teams and driving Agile transformation initiatives. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
