Have a Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably in electrical engineering with 7 or more years of engineering experience in a chemical, petrochemical or similar manufacturing environment combined with at least 5 years of project management experience.Have a strong background in Power, Instrumentation, and Distributed Control Systems or PLC systems.Have a proven successful track record of executing multiple small- to medium-size capital projects simultaneously.Possess outstanding interpersonal, problem solving, leadership, organizational and communication skills. Be team-oriented and capable of working in a multi-task environment.Have in-depth knowledge of project management processes and project execution best practices as well as familiarity with business controlling systems (e.g. SAP) is preferred.The position is Freeport, TX based and works a hybrid work schedule (onsite minimum 3 days/week).Create your own chemistry with you@BASF
