The Roof Co. Waco is conducting a search for an Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals in Waco, Texas. This position will be responsible for assisting with operations of the office, including but not limited to communicating with the owners, relaying important information amongst team members, identifying project needs and goals, and creating plans to successfully execute projects. Responsibilities: • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and vendors • Assist with customer inquiries and follow up on service requests • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with team members for projects • Order and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment • Liaison for project details and deliverables • Assisting in the planning and implementation of project tasks and deliverables • Oversee data entry, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation of all customers and projects information in company software: Follow Up (CRM) Project HQ (Project Mgt) • Tracking and reporting project progress to customers as needed • Coordinating and scheduling team meetings • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed • Performing other duties assigned by the Production Team and/or Office Manager in a timely manner Qualifications: • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required, Roofing Construction experience is preferred but will consider other areas of expertise • Experience in building scalable management processes • Possess excellent skills in communication, organizational, and management skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM management. Successful history in meeting and exceeding key metrics for organizations Working Environment Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
