With offices in Paris, Houston, New York, Geneva, and London, we focus on Large Cap companies ($4bn revenue) in the US, providing tailored payment and cash management advisory solutions through persistent analysis, market comparison, and strategic negotiation.We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our US Large Cap client base and drive sustainable revenue growth.Role Overview:The Business Development Manager will engage, convert, and manage a portfolio of Large Cap clients ($4bn revenue) by building relationships with key decision-makers in finance and treasury. You will collaborate with Product teams to ensure efficient progress through the sales funnel and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.Main Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Conversion: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with treasury and finance leaders to drive business growth.Sales Coordination: Work closely with Product colleagues to advance prospects through the sales pipeline, leveraging Salesforce for tracking and updates.Presentation & Proposal Management: Prepare and present client materials, handle objections, and collaborate on proposals and contracts using Redbridge' s pricing models.Cross-Sell Opportunities: Attend delivery meetings, strengthen client relations, and identify opportunities for additional services.Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring timely conversion and maintaining all relevant data in Salesforce.Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to optimize lead follow-up, suggest content, and engage with prospects at conferences and events.Support & Training: Assist the US Business Development Head in developing strategic relationships and continuously improve your product knowledge through training.Required Competencies:Proven track record with B2B complex sales origination and consultation Effective lead generation and cold-calling abilitiesStrong communication skills, professional and persuasive.Highly motivated, organized, and self-driven team player with a collaborative mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Experience:Familiarity with Salesforce, Thompson Reuters, Capital IQ, and/or Bloomberg.Background in consultative sales of financial services to CFOs, Treasurers, and treasury teams of large/mid-market companies.Experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking, Financial Advisory firms, Rating Agencies, or Financial Software companies.Location: Ideally based in our Chicago Office, you will need to attend in-person meetings occasionally in our Houston Office and New York City Office.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based commission.Comprehensive medical benefits, 401K matching, PTO, Employee Assistance Program, and disability coverage.Hybrid working options in Chicago, Houston and New York offices, with parental leave.
