What You'll Do:

Generate exciting new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

Make 80-100 strategic calls daily to potential clients

Calling and Setting Appointments for the Sales Team to present Tech Software for Pharmacy's!

Analyze workflows and communicate findings with your team

Identify organizational needs through systematic analysis

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience with Business Development/Sales

A systematic approach to prospecting and identifying potential clients

strong analytical skills to define objectives and create actionable plans

Results-driven attitude with excellent communication skills

salary: $20 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the target market to build a robust sales pipeline within the Tampa, FL Market

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to key contacts, introduce the company's offerings, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

Needs Analysis: Understand client pain points, challenges, and objectives to effectively position the company's products or services as solutions.

Solution Selling: Present product/service offerings to clients, emphasizing unique value propositions and benefits that align with their business goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and provide valuable customer feedback.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.

CRM Management: Track and manage all sales activities and leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately.
