Job Summary: The Commercial Vehicles Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the commercial vehicle sales division. This includes managing the fleet, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in the automotive industry, and a keen understanding of commercial vehicle operations.

Willingness to work long hours to achieve monthly sales goals.
Ability to lead sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing:
- Drive sales and achieve sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and offers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales team and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the department budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and generate reports on income, expenses, and other key metrics.
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of commercial vehicle operations and maintenance.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Commercial Vehicle Sales Experience
Strong network within the commercial vehicle industry.
Sales and marketing expertise.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, with occasional requirements for evening and weekend work.
