About the Role:
We are looking for a detail oriented Robot QA Test Engineer to join our team. In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Digit robot through daily testing and analysis.
About The Work:
Coordinate and execute daily testing on our internal fleet of robots against new software changes to ensure previously identified bugs have been resolved, and new regressions have not been introduced.Create processes and systems to help identify, track, and prioritize issues that have been found and foster efficient communication of the issues to the development teams.Develop expertise in the hardware and software, and provide guidance to the QA test team to help narrow down to the source of issues being observed.Collaborate with cross functional teams to get testing inputs and generate actionable results.Generate clear documentation on test results, including logs and screenshots and video recordings.About You:
MS in robotics, computer science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience (or BS with 5+ years industry experience)Experience troubleshooting complex hardware and/or software systemsBreadth of understanding across controls, state estimation, sensing, and locomotionDetail oriented problem solver.Benefits
