Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related field (strongly preferred).3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property underwriting and marketing, with a CPCU designation preferred.Proven track record in developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external partners.High energy, goal-oriented, and resilient professional with an entrepreneurial spirit.Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and listening abilities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Preferred TraitsDemonstrated success in a production-oriented underwriting role.Knowledge of loss-sensitive underwriting techniques.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail under pressure.
