A popular manufacturing company in Los Angeles, CA specializing in energy drinks, protein powders, and functional foods is hiring for a remote Business Development Executive on the West Coast to drive new business development in the United States. This well-established company is actively growing its presence in the U.S., providing an opportunity to be apart of a globally expanding company! The Business Development Executive position requires a candidate who can travel and attend trade shows to generate leads and develop new business for the company. Salary Range:

$75,000 - $80,000 / year DOE

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:Focus on developing new business and significant sales growth, occasional involvement in collections for unpaid accountsSelling supplemental ingredients for food, beverage, and nutrition industries, focusing on botanicals, flavors, protein blends, powders, gummies, and energy drink ingredientsTargeting food and beverage manufacturers, especially in key regions, with a preference for direct sales to R&D or procurement departmentsManufacturing products directly rather than relying on distributors, offering competitive pricing, and sourcing ingredients near production facilitiesTravel required to generate leads, supported by trade shows, marketing leads, and collaborative efforts with the marketing teamPrioritize core products for faster revenue generationBusiness Development Executive Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales or technical roles within the food, beverage, or supplement ingredients sectorStrong understanding of ingredient functionality and applicationsProven ability to develop new business and meet sales targetsBilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred but not requiredBachelor s degree preferred but not requiredExperience working with technical sales or direct interactions with R&D departmentsDemonstrated ability to thrive in a less-structured, hands-on work environmentBenefits:
