Job Description
Direct and oversee accounting and finance functions for assigned companies.Collaborate with the Segment CFO and Infrastructure leadership to shape strategic direction.Implement strategic business plans and monitor progress.Act as the Finance business partner to senior leadership.Support operational teams in driving commercial outcomes.Develop and coordinate financial and tax strategies.Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting processes.Prepare financial work papers and conduct variance analysis.Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.Present financial performance reports to executive management.Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.Manage finance leaders in various accounting areas, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable.Drive process improvements for efficiency across all accounting functions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.10-15 years of relevant experience, including roles such as Corporate Controller or subsidiary controller.CPA certification is required.Strong understanding of construction accounting and systems.What's on Offer
