Applications Engineering Manager

TEC Group, Madison Heights, Michigan, United States, 48071

I have included the job description below and we are looking at someone to be around $90,000 - $160,000 (wanting to stay more around $140-$150 if possible but we are open to higher for the right person of course). I also have some questions that General Manager would like people to answer as well:

1. What is your knowledge with receiving an RFQ/SOW to manufacture a car part?2. Given the parts that need to be assembled, can you come up with the process to put the part together efficiently within a cycle time?3. re you able to take this process and then turn it into a quote/estimate for the customer?4. Have you ever made a power point showing how the parts will be assembled along the line, the man/machine charts, layouts, etc.5. Why are you looking to move from your current compan y? (If they are currently somewhere).
