Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn.Job Description: As an Associate Central Applications Engineer, you will play an important role in providing post-sales technical expertise, supporting the successful installation and maintenance of the company's products. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, customers, and technical teams to ensure products are properly installed, configured, and integrated into customer environments. You will receive training as you develop your ability to troubleshoot issues, maintain product functionality, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for product installation and configuration, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.Assist in identifying and diagnosing technical issues during or after installation, providing timely resolutions.Support the integration of company products into existing customer systems and infrastructures.Interpret technical documentation and specifications to ensure product performance meets customer expectations.Participate in ongoing product maintenance and lifecycle management, addressing post-installation concerns.Skills You Will Need to Be Successful: Knowledge of product installation and system configuration.Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and diagnosing problems.Understanding of system integration processes and best practices.Ability to interpret and understand technical documentation and specifications.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.0-2 years of relevant experience in technical support or product engineering.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
