Job Description
Manage all aspects of the AIA requisition process.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of AIA documents and progress billing.Handle the filing and management of lien waivers.Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure proper documentation.Data entry of invoices, delivery tickets, receipts, and proper coding related to job costing.Organize and maintain customer invoices, apply cash receipts, and manage supplier invoices.Create A/P & A/R aging reports.Assist in A/P check runs and conduct monthly credit card & bank reconciliation.Prepare financial reports by analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of construction accounting experienceProficiency in QuickBooks, Sage 300/Timberline, Procore, and Microsoft Office.Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong administrative and data entry skills.Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.What's on Offer
