As we embark on this exciting expansion journey, we are on the lookout for an experienced Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our executive team and spearhead our revenue growth strategy. If you're passionate about driving growth and making a significant impact, we invite you to consider this opportunity with us!Position Overview:The CGO will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue across all channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead sales, brand and performance marketing, and sales initiatives to ensure CandleScience achieves its growth and profitability objectives.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that align with the company’s goals, focusing on both existing and new markets.Marketing Oversight: Oversee the marketing department in the development and implementation of effective performance and brand campaigns that enhance awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role includes managing the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize return on investment.Sales Team: Build a new sales team, establish a go-to-market strategy to ensure successful addition of new customers and growth of current customers.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment across all departments and drive a unified approach to achieving revenue goals.Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue growth and the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and expand revenue streams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience as a CGO/CMO/CRO or in a senior revenue leadership role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sectors.Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a track record of driving revenue growth.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.A dynamic and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and why they are a great fit for CandleScience.
