Work Schedule8:30am-5:00pm, M-FSensitive Position No Job DescriptionGeneral Description:The Quality Compliance Associate manages highly complex multi-disciplinary oversight functions associated with coordination of regulatory audits and corrective action plans ( CAP ), administration of agency-wide policies, control of quality documentation and records.

Duties and Tasks:Creates and implements company quality standards.Trains and motivates employees in effective quality management practices and ensure that quality standards are met.Develops quality assurance plans by by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.Validates quality processes by establishing standards and quality attributes.Maintains and improves product quality by managing compliance audits.Prepares and oversees quality documentation and reports submitted by audit teamVets the College’s business practices systemwide and then Implements methods to inspect, test and evaluate the integrity of the system.Performs detailed and recorded inspections of preliminary audit findings to ensure findings, issues and observations align with the professional standards established by the Institute of Internal Auditors. products so the products are up to industry and company standards

Ability to rapidly acquire a thorough knowledge of the College’s rules,regulations, operational plans and procedures and the laws, statues and regulations which govern the activities of the College.Skill in the preparation of documents and reports, including application of styles, pivot charts, templates, SharePoint team sites, online collaboration, etc.Knowledge in data analysis, including the ability to identify averages, trends, and to derive insights from data to guide decision-making.Skill in the development of standards and controls in response to department findingsOrganizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to identify priorities, dependencies and execute the workload accordinglyAbility to identify and address internal and external risksAbility to work independently and proactively, efficiently seeking guidance from others when requiredExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends for report generation.Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels both orally and in writing.Strong attention to detail with the ability to think creatively.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
