Tax Specialist - $90K/yr
A top-tier hedge fund is hiring a Tax Specialist to join our exceptional team. This opportunity comes with competitive pay (up to $90K + 10-15% bonus), a generous 12% profit-sharing plan, and incredible benefits.
While we work 100% in-office, flexibility is built into our culture when remote work is occasionally needed.
What You'll Do:
Preparing partnership taxable income, K-1s, tax returns, and other filings (e.g., Forms 926, 5471)Managing monthly NRA withholding statements and book-to-tax reconciliationsSupporting month-end close processes and identifying book-to-tax differencesDocumenting tax policies and driving process improvementsQualifications:
1-3 years of public accounting tax experience focused on financial institutionsCPA designation or progress toward itStrong knowledge of financial products, fixed income, and derivativesAdvanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with Total Return a plus
