This position is a support role for all functions within our Total Rewards Department: HRIS, Data Analytics, Benefits, Worker's Compensation, LOA, Compensation, and Payroll. We are seeking a true team player with analytical and technical aptitude, who firmly believes in data integrity. The Total Rewards Specialist will ensure accurate onboarding for team members is complete, and participate in all other aspects of team member total rewards. This role will support the enterprise objectives and promote team member engagement and retention by completely owning the responsibilities outlined below.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Calculate/assess benefits eligibility for team members • Perform monthly Total Rewards invoice reviews, resolve discrepancies, approve payment • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams regarding invoice payments and deduction reconciliations • Enter, update, and audit team member data, including new hires, terminations, and changes • Monitor for timely completion and compliance of I-9 forms in accordance with federal regulations • Ensure optimization and data integrity in ADP • Input and reconciles 401(K) contribution, loan and other activity through HRIS and/or other systems • Partake in building benefit types, plans, groups, and enrollment sessions within ADP WFN • Assists in the preparation and audit of data needed for compliance requirements, i.e. 5500s, non-discrimination testing, auditors, etc. • Participate in completion of required 1094-C and 1095-C filings • Prepare Ad Hoc reports utilizing ADP reporting, carrier portals, etc. • Support all vendor file interfaces, including ADP internal interfaces, as well as, external vendor interfaces, ensuring that file interfaces are working as intended • Assist in managing the shared Benefits and Payroll Inbox • Ensure consistent ADP benefit/deduction audits • Troubleshoot and resolve benefit/deduction data issues • Ensure internal location listings are kept up to date • May participate in the ongoing administration of compensation & bonus plans by: • Completing position evaluation/classification process by researching and analyzing data and assigning pay ranges, job title, and FLSA status • Performing quality control on job descriptions and other functionally relevant documents • Reviewing and making salary recommendations for new hires, internal promotions, reclassifications, and other team member actions • Ensuring consistency, internal equity, and external market competitiveness of requested actions/recommendations as well as compliance with compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures • May assist with administering the annual bonus program and merit pay increase process by: • Supporting the creation of compensation events in ADP • Ensuring related program materials are updated on an annual basis (i.e. agreements, communication) • Assisting with ensuring that all approvals are obtained from all levels of management • Working across the team to ensure that payments and/or pay adjustments are paid accurately and on time • Provides special project support to the various Human Resource functions as needed • Keeps current with compensation trends, developments, and practices through active participation in departmental learning initiatives, continuing education courses, professional organizations, seminars, and workshops, reading current literature and maintaining professional contacts in the community • Make suggestions to enhance enterprise processes and engagement in total rewards • Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with brokers and vendors • Serve as a contact for team member total reward inquiries • Escalate or transfer issues as appropriate • Other duties as assigned

KEY QUALIFICATIONS: • 2+ years working in HR systems, benefits, compensation, or payroll • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated above • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

oEfficiently perform commonly used formulas (e.g., vlookup, IF statements, True/False, TRIM, SUM,) as well as Pivot Tables, charts, drop down lists, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience with ADP WFN and E-Time

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Approximately 10% of time - potential for travel would be around acquisitive work and open enrollment.
