The Project Manager will lead high-visibility, high-impact projects that are critical to Auctane’s growth and operational goals. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with senior leadership, drive business transformation initiatives, and ensure that projects align with Auctane’s broader strategic objectives. The ability to manage complexity, deliver results, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement will be key to your success.This position is
hybrid (3 days per week in office)
and is located in Austin, Texas.

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Auctane leads enterprise-level projects that drive strategic impact across the business. We focus on initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, increase revenue, and drive scalability. By partnering with multiple departments, the EPMO plays a key role in executing high-impact projects that move the needle and support Auctane’s long-term growth.What will you be doing?
Lead and manage high-stakes, cross-functional projects that drive measurable business outcomes.Translate strategic business goals into detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across departments.Use data to tell the story of project impact, provide updates that highlight alignment with strategic initiatives, and make actionable recommendations that align with those initiatives.Collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive decision-making, ensuring project objectives contribute directly to business growth.Act as a catalyst for change, driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.Mitigate risks and proactively manage issues that could hinder project success.Communicate project updates, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership, with a focus on business impact.Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and ownership across project teams.What are we looking for?
3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within an enterprise or high-growth SaaS environment.Proven track record of managing projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.Expertise in leveraging project management methodologies and AI to deliver high-quality results.What will make you stand out?
PMP certification or equivalent.Experience leading projects in a SaaS or ecommerce environment.Strong ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders.Demonstrated experience driving business transformation initiatives.Strong business acumen and the ability to align projects with strategic objectives.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Google Suite, and AI to aid with project management.Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through change.Proven ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing.Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, problem-solving, delegation, planning, organization, and sound judgment.Strong time management skills with a track record of achieving goals independently and with minimal supervision.Skilled at using data to craft compelling narratives and drive decision-making.Adaptable to new information, with the ability to pivot and adjust strategies as needed.What do we offer?
