Patent Paralegal

If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal in Austin specialized in patents,
APPLY HERE ! This position will support attorneys with various tasks across the patent litigation lifecycle.Responsibilities, including but not limited to:Assist in case management and manage all phases of discovery and trial preparation.
Assist trial support for large-scale productions and reviews.
Prepare for and attend depositions and trials
Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain and organize client patent files, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience as a patent paralegal
3+years of experience in litigation in federal district court
Strong understanding of the litigation process.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
