Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
Draft and finalize legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness interviews, deposition summaries, and preparing exhibits.
Organize and maintain case files electronically and in hard copy.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
Qualifications:5+ years of experience in litigation paralegal work at a law firm
Proven experience in legal research and writing with a strong understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with eDiscovery management software a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details:
$75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
