This role is a critical member of our Leasing HR leadership team and requires a talented and experienced HRBP with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading change in a highly complex organization. In this role you will partner with the respective Business Leaders and their Leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and impactful execution of their people strategy across multiple markets spanning the Central Region. This role sits on-site in our Chicago office.Key AccountabilitiesServe as the primary HR contact for the Regional Leasing Lead, working to implement the talent strategy and develop a people agenda that drives business outcomes.Act as an advocate of the wider HR function and leverage our Centers of Excellence of Talent and Rewards as well as the Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business.Execute JLL’s people strategy and develop a people agenda that drives business outcomes aligned to the overall Business strategy.Provide HR perspective to business decisions, partnering with Business leaders to influence, develop and integrate targeted people strategies.Partner closely to drive the acquisition, development, engagement, recognition and productivity of the workforce.Build and unlock leadership and management capability amongst local leadership across the Region.Manage the executive stakeholders with complimentary and sometimes competing priorities.Enable HR delivery through the JLL HR model.Behavioral Competencies:Think Big – Thinks strategically, simplifies the complex, solves complex problems, sees the big picture.Drive Change – Thrives on change, learning agility, intellectually curious, appetite for risks, digital drive.Helps Others – Build relationships, actively collaborates, helps others succeed.Get it Done – Acts decisively, drives results, passion to win, takes ownership, accountable, resilient.Business First – Focuses on customers and clients, business financial acumen.Inspire – Inspire others, creates vision and strategy, energizes others.Sound like you?
